Ginger, Carrot and Apple Juice

There is nothing better than a delicious juice to start off your day. Packed with nourishing goodness, vitamins and healthy amounts of natural energy this juice is truly delicious. The sweetness of the apple combined wight the warmth of the ginger makes it a most enjoyable drink served hot or cold.

Yields: 2 large glasses (or 4 small glasses)

Ingredients

  • 1-inch cube fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 2 large apples
  • 6 large carrots

Directions

  1. Run the ginger, apples and carrots through a juicer. Stir to combine. Serve over ice or warm in a small saucepan before serving.
